Contacted Jacqueline from A&L regarding front entry screen. Jacqueline was lovely and knew exactly what she was talking about. I received my quote back quickly and pricing was great. Also had a smooth booking experience with the service team and my screen was fitted perfectly by the technician. Super happy customer all round! Keagan is the man! Although new to his current role at A & L Keagan makes sure he provides the best service possible. Often going out of his way to ensure the job gets done. We had a window replaced after a number of years and during the visit the person completing the replacement informed us that another window had a similar fault. These faults are quite common, but it was comforting that they were proactive and arranged replacement. The replacement was completed by Heath and Aiee.
