Our house had A&L windows installed when it was built 20 yrs ago. Our builder made a mistake which was never rectified by installing a window in our ensuite that doesn’t open, so during a recent renovation we decided to look into replacing it with a new window that does. Despite it being a very small order, Greg and the rest of the team were very helpful and made it easy to order a replacement window that fitted perfectly. I needed to coordinate the delivery for when the builder needed it and the team at A&L were very accomodating and ensured it was delivered on time. A&L is a great local SE QLD company that I have no hesitation recommending for your windows and screens, whether it’s the whole house or just a single window like ours.

Inserts help guide the sliding windows and stops the window’s

Contacted A&L to help with getting widow spares. Had tried other sites and stores without success. We had lost a few window security inserts over the years. These inserts help guide the sliding windows and stops the window’s removal when the window is closed. Sandy, who supports the spares, helped identify the part number “105098” if you ever also need. The service and support was excellent and I felt I needed to write this as don’t often get this level of after sales support. Attached a pic if others need this same part. Thanks Hank

Guys were amazing, efficient and polite as well as being

Had to young installers out today to fit some glazing and a door to a shopfront. They were on time, jumped in and assisted with the frame install without being asked. Then got stuck into there part of the job. These guys were amazing, efficient and polite as well as being very very professional in the way they conducted themselves. The senior guy was also instructing the other guy on how to do different aspects of the job and was impressive in the way he was doing it. Great to see excellent tradesmen on site. These guys are a credit to the company.
