Shipping Policy

A&L will deliver product Australia wide to the premise door via Australia post. Shipping costs are calculated on the size and weight of the product and the location goods are being delivered to at the time the customer places the order. Orders will be despatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 3-10 business days depending on the location, subject to Australia Post terms and conditions. A&L will only ship goods within Australia, at this time we do not accept international orders.

 

Customer Service Policy

A&L is known for quality and service. Our in store services extend to our online store. We endeavour to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock and that all details provided are true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days from the date of dispatch. If the item you have ordered is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 48 hours of receiving the order to arrange an agreeable alternative delivery date, item or refund.

Refunds and Returns Policy

A&L will accept a change-of-mind return of any Product if the Customer provides A&L with written notice of the intention to make such a return within 48 hours of receipt of the Product. The Product must be returned in original condition and packaging within a reasonable timeframe as mutually agreed between the parties in writing.. The purchase price for the returned Product will be refunded to the Customer. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping the returned Products to A&L. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the return of the Product to A&L.
